As part of the main event of the ICANN81 Annual General Meeting held in Istanbul, Turkey, representatives of the Administration of the .UZ domain had a productive meeting

The Single Integrator UZINFOCOM, representing the .UZ Domain Administration, participated in the main event of the ICANN81 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, held from November 9 to 14, 2024, in Istanbul, Turkey.

On November 5, 2024, the .UZ domain administration participated in the Internet Governance Forum (ArmIGF) held in Armenia, one of the largest regional platforms for discussing Internet governance issues.

The new channel "t.me/cctld" will be the primary source of information on all aspects of the .UZ domain zone’s operations.

On October 10, 2024, a meeting between the .UZ domain administration, represented by UZINFOCOM Unified Integrator, and ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) Senior Manager Mikhail Anisimov, who was on an official visit to Uzbekistan, took place.

As previously reported in August, we launched an AI-based assistant for domain registration in the .UZ domain zone.

The administration of the .UZ domain participated in the Central Asian Peering and Interconnection Forum (CAPIF 3), which took place on September 24-25, 2024, in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

From September 17 to 20, the annual ICT WEEK Uzbekistan 2024 is being held at the CAEx exhibition complex in Tashkent, bringing together leading specialists and participants in the ICT field to discuss key trends and innovations in the industry.

Administration of the .UZ domain is taking part in the 17th International Conference of Registrars and Registrars of the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe (TLDCON 2024), held in Minsk.
